In our efforts to make it easier for you to promote volunteer opportunities and increase your presence in our communities, we wanted you to take a sneak peak at our new volunteer matching and management system: Volunteer Manatee's 1-800-Volunteer.org.
To register with us and begin accessing our array of tools to increase the capacity of your organization, simply visit our website by CLICKING HERE and then click on "Register", under the red heading titled "Not for Profit Agency" and complete the online application.
When your application has been approved, you can log in and immediately begin to:
- Post-volunteer opportunities, activities, and events in English or Spanish
- Use comprehensive scheduling & communications tools (including volunteer feedback surveys, and mass email tools)
- Generate automatic reminders and thank you's to your volunteers
- Run comprehensive graphic reports to show the impact you are having on your local community.
We strongly believe that Volunteer Manatee's 1-800-Volunteer.org system will help you simplify the process of managing and recruiting volunteers, and we look forward to your feedback about your use of our system.
